phdfun Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "phdfun," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the phdfun platform and its operating entity, which holds the applicable PAGCOR authorisation to offer online gaming services to players in the Philippines.
• "Platform" means the phdfun website accessible at phdfun.net, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available therein.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on the Platform and uses its services.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by you upon successful completion of the phdfun registration process.
• "Real-Money Play" means any gaming activity conducted using funds deposited into your phdfun Account.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins value, cashback awards, or other non-cash incentives credited to your Account under a phdfun promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount of real-money or bonus-eligible bets that must be completed before Bonus Funds or winnings derived therefrom become eligible for withdrawal.

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an Account and participate in real-money gaming on the phdfun Platform. This requirement is mandatory under Philippine gaming regulations. phdfun enforces strict age verification at the point of registration and during subsequent identity verification checks. If you are under 21 years old, you must not attempt to register or use the Platform in any capacity involving real-money transactions.

2.2 Residency and Jurisdiction. The phdfun Platform is directed at players who are physically located in the Philippines and who are permitted by the laws of their jurisdiction to participate in online gaming. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online gaming is legally permitted in your place of residence or access. phdfun accepts no liability for any breach of local laws by players who access the Platform from restricted jurisdictions.

2.3 Registration Information. When registering an Account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held therein.

2.4 One Account Policy. Each individual may maintain only one (1) registered Account on phdfun. The registration of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same person — whether using different personal details, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. phdfun employs technical and manual measures to detect and close duplicate accounts. Any winnings or Bonus Funds associated with duplicate accounts are subject to forfeiture.

2.5 Identity Verification (KYC). phdfun operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required at any time — including before your first withdrawal — to provide valid government-issued photo identification (such as a Philippine driver's licence, passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, or UMID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC checks within a reasonable timeframe requested by phdfun may result in Account restriction or closure.

3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phdfun login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account details with any third party. phdfun will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised Account access due to your failure to keep credentials secure.

3.2 Unauthorised Access. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify phdfun support immediately via Live Chat. phdfun will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, temporarily suspend the Account pending resolution.

3.3 Account Currency. All balances, transactions, deposits, and withdrawals on the phdfun Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phdfun does not process transactions in foreign currencies on behalf of players.

3.4 Inactive Accounts. An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as inactive. phdfun reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to inactive accounts after this period, subject to prior notice. If an Account balance reaches zero, the Account may be closed. Players may reactivate their account by contacting support and completing any outstanding verification requirements.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. phdfun accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to change. phdfun does not accept cash deposits or third-party payment arrangements.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per day. These limits are displayed within your Account dashboard and may be subject to change at phdfun's discretion. Players who have completed enhanced KYC verification may be eligible for higher transaction limits.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the completion of all applicable KYC verification requirements. phdfun aims to process approved withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the volume of pending requests. phdfun is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

4.4 Source of Funds. All funds deposited into your phdfun Account must originate from a payment account or instrument registered in your own name. phdfun reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of funds deposited. Deposits originating from third-party sources will be returned and the Account may be suspended.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. phdfun complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) legislation, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160) and its amendments. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the appropriate authorities as required by law. Players are prohibited from using the phdfun Platform to launder funds or engage in any other illegal financial activity.

5.1 Game Availability. The games available on the phdfun Platform — including slots, live dealer casino games, bingo, and specialty titles such as Ganesh Gold and Racing — are provided subject to individual game rules. Each game's rules and paytable are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of each game before placing wagers.

5.4 Bet Limits. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games on the phdfun Platform and are displayed within each game interface. Placing bets in excess of stated limits is not permitted. phdfun reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time without prior notice.

6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by phdfun are subject to individual promotion terms, including but not limited to: minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, minimum eligible odds, eligible games, maximum bonus amounts, and expiry periods. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these Terms.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds credited to your Account cannot be withdrawn until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully satisfied. Wagering Requirements are calculated based on the value of the Bonus Funds received, or on the combined deposit and bonus amount as specified per promotion. Not all games contribute equally to Wagering Requirements; contribution percentages are published in individual promotion terms.

6.3 Bonus Expiry. Bonus Funds that remain subject to incomplete Wagering Requirements after the stated expiry period will be automatically removed from your Account. Any winnings generated from expired Bonus Funds that have not met the Wagering Requirement will also be forfeited.

6.4 Bonus Abuse. phdfun takes bonus integrity seriously. Any attempt to exploit, circumvent, or abuse phdfun's bonus structure — including through the use of multiple accounts, the use of automated software, coordinated group play, or any other form of systematic bonus harvesting — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. phdfun reserves the right to withhold Bonus Funds, void associated winnings, and permanently close Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse.

6.5 phdfun Right to Amend Promotions. phdfun reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to any statutory obligations under Applicable Law. Players who have already satisfied the conditions of a promotion prior to its withdrawal will not be affected.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phdfun Platform. Engaging in any of the acts listed below may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Registering or using the Platform while under 21 years of age;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC;
• Operating more than one Account, or assisting another person in doing so;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity;
• Employing automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or its games;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature for financial gain;
• Colluding with other players in live games for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, cheating, or manipulation of game outcomes;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or replicate any part of the phdfun Platform or its games;
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening phdfun staff or other players via any communication channel.

8.1 Ownership. All content on the phdfun Platform — including but not limited to game software, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and interface design — is the intellectual property of phdfun or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

8.2 Limited Licence. phdfun grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform strictly for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, display, sell, or otherwise exploit any Platform content for commercial purposes.

8.3 Third-Party Content. Certain games and content available on the phdfun Platform are provided under licence from third-party game studios and software providers. Such content remains the intellectual property of the respective rights holder and is subject to their applicable licences.

9.1 Platform Provided "As Is." The phdfun Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While phdfun makes reasonable efforts to ensure the Platform operates reliably and securely, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.

9.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, phdfun shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical failure, loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill.

9.3 Cap on Liability. In no event shall phdfun's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount of funds held in your phdfun Account at the time the relevant claim arose.

9.4 Third-Party Services. phdfun is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of third-party payment services, internet service providers, or any other third-party services that form part of your experience using the Platform. Any issues arising from third-party services should be directed to those providers.

10.1 Commitment. phdfun is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising gambling-related harm among its player base. We recognise that for a small proportion of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our role in preventing and addressing this seriously.

10.2 Player Tools. All registered phdfun players have access to the following responsible gaming tools directly from their Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you may deposit;
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the total amount you may lose within a defined period;
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session, after which the Platform will automatically log you out;

• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusions take effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the agreed cooling-off period.

11.1 Closure by Player. You may close your phdfun Account at any time by contacting the phdfun support team via Live Chat. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance remaining in your Account (net of any outstanding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete Wagering Requirements) will be refunded to your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

11.2 Suspension or Closure by phdfun. phdfun reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at any time and without prior notice if: (a) you have breached these Terms; (b) phdfun is required to do so by Applicable Law or regulatory instruction; (c) your Account is suspected to be involved in fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; or (d) phdfun, in its sole discretion, determines that continued operation of your Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players.

11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon Account closure — whether by you or by phdfun — your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Balances attributable to real-money deposits will be returned to the extent not forfeited under these Terms. Bonus Funds and any winnings generated exclusively from Bonus Funds that have not met applicable Wagering Requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

12.1 Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

12.2 Informal Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and phdfun, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance. 12.3 Formal Complaints. If an issue cannot be resolved informally, you may submit a formal written complaint to phdfun at the contact details set out in Section 13 below. phdfun will acknowledge formal complaints within five (5) business days and aims to provide a full written response within twenty-eight (28) calendar days of acknowledgement.

12.4 Jurisdiction. Both phdfun and the player submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be settled by agreement between the parties.
